Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with SBI, Kottayam, organized an awareness programme on “Lifestyle Diseases & Cardiovascular Health” under the LIFE – Caritas Social Responsibility Campaign at SBI, Kottayam, on September 25, 2026. The programme focused on creating awareness about lifestyle-related diseases, cardiovascular health, preventive care, and the importance of adopting healthy lifestyle habits. The session was led by Dr. Jose Jom Thomas, Consultant – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital, with the aim of empowering participants with the right knowledge and guidance to make healthier lifestyle choices and protect their cardiovascular health.
