Booking an Appointment

  • We offer 24x7 Remote booking facility through our website(www.caritashospital.org), WhatsApp (+91 481 279 0025) and call centre (9496555300)
  • For walk-in patients, the tokens shall be obtained from Self Service Kiosk and Registration desks
  • Registration counters are located at the Main OP Block, Caritas Cancer Institute, Caritas Heart Institute, Caritas Neurosciences and Gynecology Department
  • For every new patient registration of patient details would be required.
  • If you have been registered previously, kindly quote your Registration Number, while taking an appointment.

Outpatient Visits

  • Selected departments offer both morning and evening outpatient services
  • Every outpatient seeking treatment at the hospital is registered prior to the consultation
  • Please ensure you reach at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Check in at the initial assessment desk/ nursing station at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time

Pharmacy

  • Doctors will advice your medications in the electronic records and you can collect them from the pharmacies
  • Four Out Patient pharmacies are located within the hospital premises: Main Pharmacy, SP pharmacy, CHI Pharmacy, and CCI pharmacy
  • Main Pharmacy dispenses medicine for all hospital departments.
  • SP Pharmacy has medicines of gastroenterology, gynecology, nephrology and pulmonology departments.
  • Cardiology Pharmacy has medicines of medication to cardiology and dental patients.
  • CCI Pharmacy gives medicines of Oncology patients.
  • Patients who are admitted in the hospital will receive their medicines directly in their rooms.

Laboratory Services

  • Caritas Lab is situated opposite administration block
  • Soft copy of your reports can be downloaded via WhatsApp (+91 481 279 0025), Text the number a greeting saying "Hello" for the lab results.
  • Print out can also be collected from the Result Counter near the lab
  • Doctors can see results in their systems
  • The result time varies depending on the test. Contact the lab staff to know about the waiting duration for results.

Imaging Services

  • Caritas CT scan and X-Ray are located near front desk
  • Additional X-Ray facility for Oncology patients are available at ground floor- Caritas Cancer Institute
  • The MRI scan is offered by the external service provider and is located near Caritas Cancer Institute
  • Caritas Pet scan is located at BC block (Booking at 9846211555)

Emergency

  • We provide 24×7 emergency
  • Once the patient is received in the Emergency department, register the patient at the registration desk
  • You can connect with the Public Relations Officer (8281599842) for information regarding your dear ones

Ambulance

  • We provide 24×7 ambulance care
  • Connect to our ambulance service at +91-9496555200
  • Air Ambulance service could be arranged upon request
  • Bike ambulance service also available

Critical Care Units

  • Immediate family may wait outside the CCI or ICU in the waiting area
  • The doctors will brief the relatives about the patient’s condition daily

Admissions

  • Once the doctor intimates the admission, go directly to the inpatient admissions counter in the front office for proceedings
  • If you have insurance, inform to the insurance department

Billing

  • Utilize your UPI apps like Gpay/PhonePe for your bill payment.
  • Search for biller- Caritas Hospital in your app
  • Settle the bill using your IP number and the bill number
  • Payment can be made at the reception counters

Insurance

  • The insurance department is located near the Caritas Chapel (administration)
  • The waiting period for insurance approval depends on your insurance company
  • Submit your insurance-related documents to the insurance department
  • Contact our Insurance office for further information (9446021300)

Discharge

  • The process of discharge starts once the patient is advised discharge by the doctor
  • It takes about three hours for cash paying patients
  • In case of Insurance covered patients the timing may be more depending on the approval received from the Insurance/TPA.
  • Once the medicines are ready it will be delivered to your room
  • Once the final bill is ready, a message giving e-payment option will be received in the registered phone number. You may use this option
  • Those of all who doesn’t have any e-payment facility could approach the front desk for the payment
  • The Nurse will hand over the discharge docket consisting of discharge summary and reports of all investigations carried out during the current admission.
  • Follow-up information will be provided by the nurse in-charge
  • In case of insurance patients, please note the original reports/discharge summary is submitted to your TPA, hence the hospital will hand over a photocopy of the same to the patient.
  • Patients/relatives are requested to vacate the room/bed immediately once the discharge formalities are completed.

Parking

  • Parking facilities are available for the patients and immediate family
  • Free Buggy car facility would be available for your transportation to the respective departments/blocks
  • Five Parking Zones are located across the campus

Vaccination Rooms

  • The vaccination room is located near the pediatric department
  • Settle the service bill at the designated bill counter
  • Vaccine will be given only according to doctor’s prescription
  • Buy the prescribed vaccine from the main pharmacy and submit to the vaccination room without delay

Blood Bank

  • Blood bank is near the laboratory at the ground floor near administration
  • Donors may fill the form while waiting
  • Mild refreshments are provided after donation
  • Use Blood App for more services

Attendant Bystanders and Visitors

  • Only one bystander is allowed in the room along with the patient
  • Show your Stay Pass to the security while entering the ward
  • Immediate family members can visit the patient during 2 pm – 4 pm
  • Please make sure visitors and bystanders follow hospital rules and regulations.
