Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with LIFE – Caritas Social Responsibility, successfully organized an awareness session on "Understanding Puberty & Adolescent Health" at Ebenezer International School, Ettumanoor.

The session was led by Dr. Gayathri A V, Consultant – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital, who provided students with valuable insights into the physical, emotional, and psychological changes during adolescence.
