Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, in association with the Parish Parents Library & Club (PPC) and the Parish Santhwanam Palliyedathi Community, successfully conducted an awareness seminar under the Caritas LIFE (Caritas Social Responsibility) campaign. The session, led by keynote speaker Ms. Jophy Joseph, Psycho-Oncologist at Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, offered valuable insights on stress management, emotional well-being, and the importance of mindful living, creating a meaningful and impactful experience for all participants.
