The Physician Associate Summit 2026, ‘PA ELEVATE’, organized by Caritas Hospital to enhance excellence in patient care and embrace emerging developments in healthcare, concluded successfully. The extensive programme was held on October 25 at the Diamond Jubilee Conference Hall, Caritas Hospital. The summit was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Joice Nandikunnel, Joint Director – Operations, Caritas Hospital and Institute of Health Sciences.

The programme was organized under the patronage of Dr. Prasad V. G. (Chief Guest, Member – NCAHP), Rev. Dr. Binu Kunnath (Chief Patron, Director & CEO), and Dr. Bobbie N. Abraham (Patron, Medical Director). Mr. Jose S. L. (General Chairman), Tinsu Susan Saji (Co-Chairman), Mithun (Programme Chairman), and Elsa (Finance Chairman) provided excellent leadership for the event.

As part of the programme, Mr. Midhun Babu received the Best PA award, while Mr. Aashik Mathew Thomas received the Budding PA award. The summit featured panel discussions led by healthcare experts, clinical skills workshops covering areas such as Da Vinci robotic surgery, and paper presentation competitions for students. Along with valuable learning and training opportunities, a DJ session and other entertainment activities made the summit even more engaging for the participants.
