Caritas Hospital – Department of Physiotherapy organized a Continuing Medical Education (CME) on “Current Trends & Best Practices in Low Back Pain” on 14th September 2025 at the Diamond Jubilee Hall.

The program was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Jismon Madathil (Joint Director, Media & Relations), Dr. Shiela Mary Varghese (Senior Consultant – PMR), Sr. Thresiamma V. T (HOD – Department of Physiotherapy, Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Science), and our distinguished guest speaker Nanda Gopan R, MPT, COMT, KCMT, ISST (Schroth Therapist), Chief Physiotherapist – SP Fort Group of Hospitals & Director – The Physio Clinic.

The CME highlighted the latest evidence-based approaches and best practices in the management of low back pain, emphasizing multidisciplinary collaboration and innovative physiotherapy strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
