On the occasion of World Heart Day 2025, Caritas Hospital, through the Caritas Heart Institute, successfully conducted the special awareness program, 'Hrudayathalam', on September 27, 2025. Held at the Caritas Nursing College Auditorium, the event emphasized the critical importance of cardiovascular health. The proceedings began with a warm welcome of Mr. Joseph Annamkutty Jose by Rev. Fr. Joice Nandikunnel (Joint Director – Operations). The program included a welcome address by Dr. Deepak Davidson (Chief Interventional Cardiologist & Senior Consultant), a Presidential Address by Rev. Dr. Binu Kunnath (Director & CEO, Caritas Hospital), and an inspirational talk by Mr. Joseph Annamkutty Jose, renowned Indian author and motivational speaker. The event also featured a cake-cutting ceremony celebrating the successful completion of 50k angioplasty and angiogram procedures. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Dr. Johny Joseph (Senior Consultant – Cardiology).
