Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, under the Caritas LIFE (Caritas Social Responsibility) initiative, successfully conducted an awareness session on “BLS & Common Emergencies” for Major Seminary Students, Archdiocese of Kottayam at St. Kuriakose Public School, Kaduthuruthy.

The session was led by Dr. Vivek R, HOD & Senior Consultant – Emergency Medicine, Caritas Hospital, who provided hands-on guidance on Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques and essential steps to manage common emergency situations effectively.

The interactive session empowered participants with life-saving skills, emphasizing the importance of timely intervention, preparedness, and confidence during emergencies. Such initiatives aim to build a safer and more responsive community.
