Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences and Caritas Life ( Caritas Social Responsibility), in association with the Department of Communicative English and the Women’s Study Centre, CMS College Kottayam, successfully conducted a session on Lifestyle Diseases and Ergonomics on September 17th at the Education Theatre, CMS College.

The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Jose Jom Thomas, Senior Specialist – Community Medicine, Caritas Hospital & Institute of Health Sciences, who shared valuable insights on lifestyle disorders, preventive strategies, and the importance of proper ergonomics in daily life.
