As part of the annual Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Caritas Hospital hosted a comprehensive awareness program at MG University. The event, focused on breast cancer, featured informative talks by senior medical professionals including Prof. Update on News and Events
Dr. Jose Tom, Senior Consultant and HOD of Radiation Oncology, Dr. Boben Thomas, Senior Consultant of Medical Oncology, and Dr. Sharon Raj Eliza, Consultant in Community Medicine.
The program provided a platform for open dialogue and interaction between doctors and audience. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on their concerns related to breast cancer. To further enhance the awareness, nursing students from Caritas Nursing College presented a thought-provoking play highlighting the importance of early detection and the challenges faced by breast cancer patients.
