Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and maintain a sterile field for the surgical treatment of patients with the utmost precision.
• Help surgeons while operating by being able to predict requirements and manage instruments appropriately.
• Monitor patients’ vitals and ensure seamless post-operative recovery care.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in handling surgical instruments and maintaining aseptic techniques.
• High-communication, high-teamwork, and high-decision-making skills when faced with pressure conditions.
• Certified in OT nursing, with a strong background in both surgical procedures and patient care ethics.
