Caritas Hospital proudly hosted the State Level IV Nurses Championship as part of the "Kaaval" initiative, a celebration of nurses during International Nurses Week on May 4th. This event recognized the vital role of nurses in our healthcare community and provided a platform to showcase their expertise in intravenous (IV) therapy.



Nurses from across the state participated in demonstrations of IV insertion techniques, fluid management protocols, and emergency response procedures. They also had the opportunity to share impactful patient care experiences with their colleagues. The championship culminated in an awards ceremony acknowledging the "Ever Rolling IV Championship Award" winners. This day of learning, collaboration, and recognition fostered a spirit of camaraderie and appreciation for the dedication and skill demonstrated by our nurses.
