Caritas Hospital recently hosted a productive exchange program led by Mr. Marcus Kovalik, Head of Human Resource and Integration Management.



Mr. Kovalik's visit to Kerala provided a unique opportunity to explore and compare approaches to nursing, training, and HR practices between Germany and India.
