The 'Caritas Samaritan GP Clinic' has started functioning at Kottayam Caritas Hospital as a relief for the common people, in connection with the 65th anniversary. At the OP started under the General Medicine department, GP treatment can be availed for just a consultation fee of Rs 10. The clinic operates from 6 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, service is available from 11 AM to 4 PM.
