The Civil Foreman - Maintenance is responsible for overseeing construction and maintenance activities within the hospital premises. The role involves managing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring timely and quality completion of civil works, and maintaining the infrastructure to meet hospital standards. The Civil Foreman will work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth execution of civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all civil maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed within deadlines, budget, and hospital safety standards.
• Inspect and monitor work performed by contractors and staff, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and departments to minimize disruptions during construction and maintenance activities.
• Ensure that all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations and hospital protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any repairs or upgrades conducted.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment required for civil works.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to specifications.
