The Senior Manager - Healthcare Promotions is responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of healthcare products or services. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that promotional activities comply with regulatory standards and align with the organization's marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive product/service adoption and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, regulatory affairs) to ensure promotional activities are aligned with business goals and comply with industry regulations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for strategic promotions.
  • Manage advertising, PR, and digital marketing efforts to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through data analysis and metrics tracking.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of promotional initiatives.
