The Jr. Site Engineer - Maintenance will assist in the coordination and execution of civil engineering projects within the hospital. This role involves overseeing construction and maintenance activities, ensuring that the hospital's infrastructure meets safety and quality standards. The Jr. Site Engineer will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, and hospital staff to ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily construction and maintenance operations within the hospital.
• Assist in the execution of civil works, including structural repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and hospital protocols.
• Monitor construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for the procurement of materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, materials used, and budget allocations.
• Ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations during construction activities by planning and scheduling works effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and site management, particularly in hospital settings.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and technical drawings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and hospital departments.
