Job Description
The Manager/Assistant Manager of International Patient Relations plays a crucial role in facilitating the medical journey of international patients, from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing multiple patient cases simultaneously and coordinating various aspects of their care.
The Manager/Assistant Manager must demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of international patients.
This position may involve occasional travel to attend international conferences, networking events, or patient outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain international patients.
Serve as a primary point of contact for international patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate all aspects of international patient care, including scheduling appointments, coordinating medical treatment plans, and arranging travel logistics.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure seamless patient experience.
Maintain accurate records of international patient interactions and outcomes.
Monitor and evaluate international patient satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed.
Stay updated on international healthcare trends, regulations, and cultural considerations.
