The Trainee Engineer - Maintenance will assist the senior engineering team in maintaining the hospital’s infrastructure. This is an entry-level role designed for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in civil or electrical maintenance within a hospital setting. The Trainee Engineer will learn various aspects of maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repair, and coordination of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance activities under the supervision of senior engineers, including electrical and civil work.
• Learn how to diagnose and solve issues related to hospital infrastructure and building systems.
• Help in coordinating on-site maintenance tasks to ensure smooth hospital operations.
• Participate in routine inspections of hospital facilities and report any areas needing attention.
• Gain exposure to safety protocols and hospital regulations in maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks.
• Support the procurement of materials and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
