A Consultant with more than 9 years of experience in, comprehensive management of all varieties of adult and paediatric cardiac surgeries, thoracic surgeries (including Lungs And Esophageal procedures) and vascular surgeries.

After completing training at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, (AIMS) New Delhi, she rendered her service as consultant cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon at government medical college Kottayam for 4.5 years where she performed more than 500 adult cardiac, paediatric cardiac and thoracic and vascular procedures independently. She was an integral part of all cardiac transplants performed in the centre (first in a state government centre in the country).

Special exposure to fine tuning in paediatric cardiac surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital ( Harvard university) and hospital for Sick Kids (Toronto- Canada)

Trained in heart, heart -lung and lung transplants.

Experiences in vascular surgeries in trauma, soft tissue malignancies, GI-HPB malignancies and liver transplantation.

Vascular surgeon in the first successful live donor liver transplant in central Kerala- Caritas hospital in March 2019.
